1. Return period
Customers have a period of 30 business days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return. This period adjusts according to local commercial practices and applicable laws.
2. Product condition
The product must be in conditions of sale, that is, not damaged or deteriorated. This includes that the original bottle does not have excessive use marks or physical damage.
Open or partially used products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing or damage defects during transport.
3. Return process
To start a return process, the client must contact the customer service through the preferred channel (email, telephone, online chat).
The customer must provide relevant details about the purchase, including the order number, purchase date, and reason for the return.
Once the return is approved, the client must send the product back to the address designated by the customer service. The cost of sending the return must be covered by the client.
4. Refund
The refund will be made once the product is received and verified by our quality equipment. The reimbursement method will be adjusted according to the original customer payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Refunds will not be processed due to the cost of sending the return. However, a complete reimbursement of the product value will be offered, excluding any shipping rate or taxes initially applied.
5. Exclusions
Products bought with reward points or under special offer are not reimbursable.
Products that have been marked as "non -returns" due to specific characteristics or market restrictions are also excluded from this policy.
6. Communication and monitoring
The client will be informed by email about the status of their return and refund application. Regular monitoring will be provided until the process is completed.
